1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TRADEBRAIN (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TRADEBRAIN is an automated trading platform that connects to third-party brokerage accounts (currently Alpaca Markets) to execute pre-configured trading strategies. The Service does not provide investment advice, and all trading decisions are based on algorithmic rules configured by the user.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading stocks and other securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for any trading activity conducted through the Service.
4. Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and maintain a valid brokerage account with a supported broker. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. API Keys & Security
You authorize TRADEBRAIN to use your brokerage API keys solely for executing trades on your behalf as configured by you. API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and are never exposed in logs or API responses.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The Service includes a 14-day free trial on all plans.
7. Limitation of Liability
TRADEBRAIN is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. In no event shall TRADEBRAIN be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising out of your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
