We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address (via Google OAuth), phone number (optional, for notifications), and brokerage API keys. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and trading activity metadata.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, execute trades on your behalf, send notifications about trading activity, process billing, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Security

Brokerage API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. All data is transmitted over TLS. The Service is protected by Cloudflare’s DDoS mitigation and Web Application Firewall. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services: Alpaca Markets (brokerage), Google (authentication), Stripe (billing), Polygon.io (market data), and Anthropic (AI sentiment analysis). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion or cancellation, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. Trading history and performance data may be retained in anonymized, aggregated form indefinitely for Service improvement.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
